You’ll meet with a licensed provider by video to discuss your symptoms, review your health history, and receive a visual exam.

Most concerns can be managed quickly and comfortably from home—but if your issue requires in-person testing, lab work, or a physical exam, we’ll guide you toward the right next step.

We may prescribe a wide variety of common medications, including:

Antibiotics

For bacterial infections such as UTIs, sinus infections, skin conditions, or strep throat
Examples: Amoxicillin, Azithromycin, Cephalexin, Nitrofurantoin

Antifungals

For yeast infections or fungal skin issues
Examples: Fluconazole, Clotrimazole, Nystatin

Antivirals

For conditions like herpes outbreaks, shingles, or the flu
Examples: Valacyclovir, Acyclovir, Oseltamivir

Allergy Relief

For seasonal allergies, hives, or allergic reactions
Examples: Loratadine, Cetirizine, Diphenhydramine, Montelukast

GI Support

For nausea, acid reflux, or constipation
Examples: Ondansetron, Famotidine, Docusate, Loperamide

Skin & Topical Medications

For patients continuing existing prescriptions, not for new or acute mental health evaluations

Blood Pressure & Heart Medications (only for established patients or medication refills)

Not all symptoms require a prescription to resolve. Just like in-person care, we only prescribe medication when it's the best option for your health. If meds aren’t needed, you’ll still leave with a clear plan and trusted guidance. 

We offer virtual urgent care appointments 7 days a week.

Weekday hours (Mon–Fri): Morning through early evening
Weekend hours (Sat–Sun): Limited daytime availability

Same-day visits are first come, first served.

Yes—but the patient must be present during the video visit, whether it’s for a teen (ages 13+) or an adult.

Parents or legal guardians must attend the visit with minors. For adult patients, we can’t provide care or discuss prescriptions unless the patient is part of the appointment.

We currently offer care to residents of Arizona, Florida, and Maryland.
