Synergy Health & Wellness Virtual Care is a virtual clinic offering personalized care that blends evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach.


We support acute concerns, routine health needs, lab testing, medication refills, and wellness check-ins—through secure, convenient virtual visits.

Our approach is grounded in synergy: true health improves when your body, mind, and daily habits are working together.


Whether you need care now or you’re working toward long-term wellness goals, we’re here to help you feel better, think clearer, and take control of your health.


Telehealth (also called virtual care) lets you connect with a licensed provider from wherever you are—using your phone, tablet, or computer.


At Synergy Health & Wellness Virtual Care, that means you can get care for a wide range of concerns without driving, sitting in a waiting room, or rearranging your day.


Depending on your needs, you can meet live by video for real-time conversation and more detailed evaluation, or submit your symptoms online and receive a custom care plan without a phone or video visit (SwiftCare).


It’s safe, secure, and designed to support your health on your terms.


Only you can decide what kind of care fits best—but these questions can help you figure it out.


Virtual care can be a convenient alternative to in-person visits, especially when you want flexibility, privacy, and less time spent commuting or waiting.


Ask yourself:
Would you rather avoid a waiting room during cold/flu season?
Do you want shorter wait times to connect with a provider?
Do you value the privacy and comfort of receiving care from home?
Do childcare responsibilities or other life demands make office visits hard to schedule?
Does your work schedule make it tough to get to appointments during standard business hours?
Do you prefer the option of secure messaging or video visits, depending on what you need?


If you answered “yes” to any of the above, telehealth may be a great fit for you.


Synergy Health & Wellness Virtual Care is a cash-based practice, which means insurance is not accepted for clinic visits. Your visit fee is paid securely and upfront, with no surprise charges.


However, after your visit, your prescriptions and lab orders work just like they would in a traditional clinic. Medications are sent to your regular pharmacy, where you may use insurance if applicable. Lab orders can be taken to a standard lab, and you may use insurance there as well—just like you would after an in-person doctor’s visit.


You may also be able to use HSA/FSA funds to pay for your visit, supplements, or certain lab services. Please check with your plan provider to confirm what’s covered.


Our goal is to keep care clear, accessible, and grounded in the same clinical standards you expect—without insurance hurdles at the front door.


We help with a wide range of everyday health needs—from acute symptoms to routine care and wellness check-ins.


Common reasons patients book with Synergy Health & Wellness Virtual Care include:

At Synergy Health & Wellness Virtual Care, we offer two types of virtual care:


SwiftCare is online-only. You complete a secure intake form, and a licensed provider reviews your request and sends back a care plan—no phone or video visit required. It’s convenient and a great fit for many common concerns.


Live Video Visits let you meet face-to-face with a provider by secure video. These are ideal when you need a more detailed evaluation or you’d rather talk things through in real time.

For SwiftCare, most requests are reviewed and answered within 60–90 minutes during SwiftCare hours (10 AM–9 PM ET, 7 days/week).


For Live Video Visits, you’ll choose an available appointment time during booking and receive a secure link for your scheduled visit.


If your concern is urgent or uncomfortable, choose an Acute Video Visit (same-day when available).


If it’s a straightforward concern and you don’t need a live visit, choose SwiftCare.


If it’s been on your mind or deserves more time, a Routine Video Visit is a great fit.

After your SwiftCare assessment or video visit, you’ll receive a personalized care plan, along with any prescriptions or lab orders that are clinically appropriate. 


You’ll also receive clear next steps and any follow-up recommendations (if needed).


If you have questions after your appointment, we’re here to help.


After you book, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to set up your secure CharmPHR patient portal. This invite is sent before your appointment time (it may take a short time to arrive).


The portal works similarly to what you may have used with a primary care clinic—you’ll complete intake forms and receive visit updates there. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.


We currently serve patients located in Arizona, Florida, and Maryland.

If you’re outside these states and you book by mistake, your visit will be canceled and refunded due to licensing requirements.

Yes — we offer functional medicine–led consults and programs at Synergy Health & Wellness Virtual Care. Our approach is evidence-based and science-led, focused on identifying root-causes and building a personalized plan using nutrition-first strategy, lifestyle support, and advanced lab testing as needed.
