So here are a few things to consider when deciding if receiving health and wellness care in the virtual format is right for you.

• Would you like more time to discuss your concerns with the provider?
• Does your childcare needs or other life responsibilities make it challenging to make an office visit?
• Does your work schedule make it difficult to receive care during conventional medical office hours?

We strive to keep our processes simple and straightforward... with you, the patient, always in the lead. The following steps are a quick overview.

1. Book your preferred appointment type (discovery call, routine care, program-specific).
2. Receive intake paperwork, consent forms, and other important information prior to your scheduled appointment. These documents will be completed digitally in the patient portal.
3. Attend appointment as scheduled, either tele or video (a secure link will be provided if video).
4. Collaborate for a clear treatment plan and next steps.
5. Maintain regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment goals and treatment plans as needed.

We are a cash-based practice, and therefore, insurance can not be used at Synergy. Your secure electronic payment will be collected prior to your appointment, and all fees will be discussed upfront. However, if you do have health insurance, you may be able to use it for prescription medications and laboratory services. We recommend that you check with your policy if you are unfamiliar with your covered medications and services.
