Synergy HWVC is a functional and integrative virtual clinic offering personalized care that bridges the gap between conventional medicine and whole-person healing.


We provide support for urgent concerns, routine health needs, lab testing, medication refills, wellness check-ins, and more—all through secure, convenient virtual visits.


We believe in treating the whole you, not just your symptoms. Our approach is grounded in the principle of synergy—that true health happens when mind, body, and lifestyle work together.


Whether you need care today or want to explore long-term wellness goals, we’re here to help you feel better, think clearer, and take control of your health.


Telehealth, also called virtual care, lets you connect with a licensed provider from wherever you are—using your phone, tablet, or computer.


At Synergy HWVC, that means you can get care for a wide range of concerns without driving, waiting in a lobby, or rearranging your day.


Depending on your needs, you can:

  • Talk to a provider live via video (great for detailed conversations)
     
  • Submit your symptoms online and receive a custom care plan—no phone or video needed (via SwiftCare)
     

It’s safe, secure, and designed to support your health on your terms.


Only you can decide what kind of care fits best—but these questions might help you figure it out.


Many people are discovering that virtual care is a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional in-person visits. It’s safe, flexible, and growing every day.


Ask yourself:

  • Would you prefer to limit physical contact due to contagious illnesses like COVID or the flu? 
  • Do you want shorter wait times to see a provider? 
  • Do you value the privacy and comfort of receiving care from home? 
  • Would you like more time to talk through your concerns without feeling rushed? 
  • Do childcare responsibilities or other life demands make office visits hard to schedule? 
  • Does your work schedule make it tough to access care during standard business hours?
     

If you answered “yes” to any of the above, then telehealth may be a great fit for you.


Synergy HWVC is a cash-based practice, which means insurance is not accepted for clinic visits. Your visit fee is paid securely and upfront, with no surprise charges.


However, once you're seen, your prescriptions and lab orders are handled just like they would be in any traditional clinic.

  • Medications are sent to your regular pharmacy, where you may use insurance if applicable. 
  • Lab orders can be taken to any standard lab, and you may use insurance there as well—just like you would after any doctor’s visit.
     

You may also be able to use HSA or FSA funds to pay for your visit, supplements, or certain lab services. Please check with your plan provider to confirm what’s covered.


Our goal is to make care clear, accessible, and grounded in the same clinical standards you expect—without the insurance hurdles at the front door.


We treat a variety of everyday health concerns—from urgent symptoms to routine needs and wellness check-ins.

At Synergy HWVC, we offer two types of virtual care:


  • SwiftCare is online-only. You fill out a secure intake form, and a licensed provider reviews your case and sends back a care plan—no video or phone call required. It’s fast, convenient, and great for common concerns. 
  • Live Video Visits let you meet face-to-face with a provider via secure video. These are ideal for more complex concerns or when you’d rather talk things through in real time.

If it’s a quick concern and you don’t need to talk to someone, choose SwiftCare.


If it’s been on your mind or deserves more time, a Routine Video Visit is the way to go.

Once you book a visit, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to set up your secure CharmPHR patient portal.


You’ll complete your intake forms and receive updates about your visit directly through the portal.


After your visit or SwiftCare review, you’ll receive:

  • A personalized care plan 
  • Any necessary prescriptions or lab orders 
  • Next steps or follow-up recommendations (if needed)
     

If you have questions after your visit, we’re here to help.


We currently serve patients located in Arizona, Florida, and Maryland. If you're outside these states, your visit will be automatically canceled and refunded. Be sure to check back as we expand!


For SwiftCare visits, most concerns are reviewed and addressed within 30–60 minutes during business hours (9 AM–9 PM ET, 7 days a week).


For Live Video Visits, you’ll select your preferred time during booking and receive a secure link for your scheduled appointment.

All of our care is grounded in a whole-person approach—we don’t just treat symptoms, we look at the full picture of your health.


We’re currently building out a more formal integrative and functional medicine program to support deeper healing through root-cause care, lifestyle strategies, and personalized wellness planning.
