Synergy HWVC currently provides clinical services only to residents physically located in the states of Arizona, Florida, and Maryland at the time of service. Any patient who submits a request from outside these states may be referred to educational-only or non-clinical services if available. It is your responsibility to ensure your location complies with our licensure.

3. No Emergency Services
Our services are not intended for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this website or our forms for urgent or life-threatening conditions.
