You’ll receive a welcome email with a secure link to access your Charm patient portal.

4. Complete Your Intake Online
Log in to complete a brief intake and clinical assessment. A licensed provider will review your info and send a care plan—typically within 30–60 minutes during business hours (9AM–9PM ET).

In some cases, a video visit may be a better fit.
If your concern needs more detailed evaluation or a live conversation, we’ll let you know.

You’ll have the option to upgrade to one of our video visits:

Virtual Urgent Care Video Visit – same-day visits for same-day needs.
Routine Video Visit – book ahead for non-urgent follow-up and routine care.

Your $42 SwiftCare payment will be applied toward the video visit cost—or refunded if you choose not to proceed.
